Led from their head office in Leeds with a national reach, their team of dedicated specialists provides a first-class and fully compliant service to a range of clients across the UK.
They develop fire protection programmes with clients in sectors ranging from healthcare, education and visitor attractions and interact with over 30,000 customers each year.
The Project
Since the beginning of the project, we have been very careful to map out the correct Ideal Customer profiles bearing in mind that whilst they cover the UK the market in terms of decision makers is not infinite., and they tend to know each other.
Reputation is everything in this space and the ability to be personable in outreach, but also convey that all H & S matters were covered took some careful comms writing.
All comms were signed off by the client before outreach and targets were mapped. We were also able to do some pre event outreach for the Housing 25 show which was highly valuable.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Extensive process to map and remap (combining our data and client data) the Ideal Customer profile (ICP).
- Writing of comms and messaging in conjunction with the client including the value proposition and specific CTA’s.
- Targeted outreach on LinkedIn and multiple Email channels.
- Multiple LinkedIn seats represented to targets in different geographical areas.
- Developing robust lead generation strategies to B2B buyers.
- Educating prospects about the products and the USP’s of the offering.
- Standard and bespoke reporting to the management team and the SLT.
