Albion Systems Ltd was established in 1997 to be a customer focused and service led label and labelling provider. They quickly realised that customers wanted a supplier who could provide everything label related not multiple suppliers to meet their labelling requirements.

Their primary business remains printed or blank labels and thermal transfer ribbons to industry.

At the beginning of their project, they had used a Manchester Linkeind agency that had given them 4 different AM’s in 12 months and very few results for the money.  The messaging was wrong and there was a distinct lack of accurate data, no cadence settings or follow up process in place in terms of dovetailing activity with their agency.

There were many challenges, and they were all met. Those were not limited to, but included:

  • Developing robust lead generation strategies to B2B buyers who had lapsed and needed re-engaging.
  • Completely rework very feminine messaging for a majority male audience in industry.
  • Provide prospective target lists to be ratified by them in conjunction with us.
  • Maximising ROI and proving support to the small in-house team.
  • Monthly face to face meetings at MCR airport to discuss results and maximise success.
