The Project
At the beginning of their project, they had no effective methodology for re-engaging with lapsed accounts, potentially missing significant opportunity and letting the competition gain ground. The markets is competitive and changing fast, more and more buyers are looking to shop around and have far more choice so digital engagement and lead generation are important and can add real value.
