INFuse Data Solutions. Based in Chester in the UK, offer Data Analytics and Migration Services to organisations of all sizes, enabling them to use their data to its full potential and make smarter business decisions. Clients include Government departments, Wing Yip, Lacoste, Berghaus, Intamarque and others as well as large housing associations and other complex organisations.
The Project
At the beginning of the project, they had no effective UK sales outreach or process in place. Business had come from word of mouth or white labelling for others. A complete sales function was needed to be built from the bottom up.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Determination of CRM (Hubspot).
- Maximising appropriate data collection to populate CRM.
- Successful planning and negotiation with data suppliers to compliment data lake.
- Targeted outreach on Linkedin to a pre mapped ICP.
- Developing working practices with in-house marketing team.
- Establishing a joined-up sales and marketing plan that is SMART.
- Outbound telesales activity to raise awareness and generate leads.
- Bespoke reporting to the management team.
